		<description>I think it all depends on the blacklister and its procedures. I was only blacklisted once and I have no idea why. With that particular list all I had to do was fill in a form to request removal. I was removed very quickly. I suspect that if I were re-blacklisted to the same list within a short period of time then removal would be more difficult. One black list monitoring service is Black List Monitor (http://www.blacklistmonitor.com/),. They continually check your IP address to see if it is blacklisted and, if an IP were to be blacklisted, they provide information as to how to get off the list.</description>
